1. Processing Timelines
All catalog orders are processed and checked through our quality assurance department within 2 to 3 business days. In-stock products are dispatched immediately, while high-volume bulk quantities or custom laser-etched requests will be scheduled according to production cycles.
2. Freight Shipping & Rates
Medicore Surgical utilizes reliable local couriers (TCS, Leopard Couriers, and M&P Couriers) to guarantee secure, rapid transit of medical instruments within Pakistan. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout:
- Standard Courier Delivery: Flat rate of Rs. 250 for orders under Rs. 5,000.
- Free Shipping Tier: Orders exceeding Rs. 5,000 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Overnight Express Delivery: Available on request for urgent clinical needs in major cities. Additional courier fees will apply.
3. Customs & International Shipping
We ship to healthcare facilities, procurement organizations, and distributors globally. The customer is responsible for standard local VAT, import duties, and clearances matching their country's medical import regulations. Tracking credentials will be supplied on courier collection.
4. Shipping Damages
If items arrive damaged or with packing seal issues, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Keep original packaging and labels for diagnostic inspection. A replacement will be shipped immediately.
