1. 30-Day Clinical Return Window
Medicore Surgical stands behind our medical-grade manufacturing. If an instrument does not meet the expectation of your surgical team, it may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date for a replacement or a full refund of the product purchase price.
2. Sterility & Packaging Requirements
Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations surrounding medical instruments, all returns must satisfy the following criteria:
- Instruments must be in their original, unopened protective film pouch or cardboard box.
- Used or patient-exposed instruments cannot be returned under any circumstances unless a verified metallurgical manufacturing defect is identified during autoclave testing.
- Custom-branded, laser-etched, or custom-configured surgical instruments are final-sale and exempt from returns.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, contact our sales department at support@medicoresurgical.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) tracking number. Do not ship items back without an RMA, as this will delay billing updates.
4. Restocking Fees & Freight Costs
The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect. A standard 15% restocking fee applies to bulk hospital order cancellations to cover physical compliance inspection and testing.
5. Refund Settlement
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved by our quality control lab, we will process the credit back to your account. Refunds are credited via the original payment method or as credit offsets on outstanding Net 30/60 purchase order invoices.
